NEW PRODUCTION LINE COMMISSIONING

Medpolymer is constantly working to expand its output product range and improve all the types of primary packaging. There is a great demand for products in plastic packaging in the Russian infusion solutions market.

Demand breeds supply, so one of the company's priorities in late 2019 was the construction, installation and commissioning of a new production line in Stavropol to manufacture infusion solutions in plastic bottles. State-of-the-art technologies make it possible to produce a container for solution from polypropylene pellets, fill it and seal it using a single machine. The process is fully automated, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

And at long last the first production lot was manufactured in April 2020. Production capacity of the line is 6 million polypropylene bottles per month, which will make it possible to supply the market with the additional 72 million vials a year.

This year, the company focuses its efforts on the production of 0.9% sodium chloride in 250 ml and 500 ml bottles, as this product is the most in demand in the market.

Furthermore in the latter half of 2020, our company will start producing infusion systems and will become the only company in Russia to produce key infusion therapy components.
