CHILDREN DRAWING CONTEST ON THE TOPIC OF "MY WORLD". FIRST QUARTER RESULTS

Atmosphere at home is as important within the family as within the team!

Ask anyone: "What is most important in your life?" Many will say the following: "family, relatives, children, friends". Few of them will answer: "Work". Indeed, most of us see work "as a burden to bear", "something to live down", "to wait until the end of the week and be free". At the same time, if you have a five-day working week or work in shifts, it appears that you spend most of your conscious adult life at work.

Taking this into account, it is important that anyone feels comfortable in the workplace. The staff is our temporary "family at our place of work". Like every family, it has a huge impact on the individual. First and foremost, it influences the working process results.

This is our task to make employees happier.
From the beginning of the year, our company has started several competitions for both employees and their families. One of those competitions is a children drawing contest. The results of the first quarter were recently summarized and today we started presenting the proud parents and grandparents with prizes for their little artists. All the participants were awarded the prizes and we could not select a single winner, as each participant drew his or her personal world.

The theme for the second quarter is "MY FAVOURITE ANIMAL" and we are waiting for the new winners!
